Unzip the .zip that you downloaded from CodeCanyon. Upload the plugin.timeliner-wp.zip file, by going to your WordPress Dashboard. Click Plugins -> Add New, and then click "Upload Plugin" at the top of the page.
Start by clicking the new "Timeliner" tab on the left menu. The help how to use the plugin is integrated all over the interface of the plugin and every setting has a detailed description. You will also get helpful tips the first time you start the plugin, or try to create new page. All forms need to validate before you save, and if they don't you get a detailed message what you need to change.
