Adaptation has become one of the most urgent priorities for vulnerable countries facing the impacts of climate change. With COP29 fast approaching, Palau is excited to host a side event, aiming to foster dialogue and collaboration among countries that are in various stages of developing their national adaptation plans (NAPs). While Palau is still in the early stages, other countries in the region have made significant strides in their own NAP processes. The event aims to leverage these diverse experiences, drawing insights from both successes and obstacles faced by neighboring countries.
