Online Course on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for National Adaptation Plan Processes

Monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems are essential to understanding whether national adaptation plan (NAP) processes work, how they work, and for whom, while offering insights to improve climate change adaptation actions.
