The NAP Global Network Secretariat launched a new report based on a review of more than 100 approved grants from the Green Climate Fund’s NAP Readiness Programme to understand how countries have used the initial USD 3 million available for adaptation planning, what gaps remain, and how developing countries can best use the additional support being provided.
The NAP Global Network, in collaboration with Ghana and partner countries, and the Green Climate Fund (GCF), will host an interactive session on lessons learned and recommendations for maximizing the GCF’s critically important support for adaptation planning, including its role supporting countries to make the transition from planning to the implementation of adaptation priorities.
