The NAP Global Network is gearing up for activities in Paris during the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC (COP21). The Network is planning for a number of events on the margins of COP21—follow the links to individual event postings and stay tuned to our website for more details on our presence in Paris:
- “Integrating adaptation considerations into development planning and support“, a joint event that the Network is co-hosting with the OECD Task Team on Climate Change and Development Cooperation in the OECD Pavilion.
- “South-south learning in the NAP Global Network: Focus on using climate information for NAP processes“, an official side event that the Network is co-organizing with Togo and Columbia University’s International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI).
- “Let’s Adapt: Bilateral support for adaptation to climate change“, an event hosted by Germany featuring Network participants and Steering Committee members.
Network representatives will also be on-site in Paris for the duration of the COP. We encourage you to get in touch (info@napglobalnetwork.org) if you are interested in connecting with a Network representative in Paris.
Initial financial support for the NAP Global Network has been provided by Germany and the United States.
