The in-country support program for the Solomon Islands assisted with establishing a system for collecting and sharing information regarding its vulnerability to the impacts of climate change. Through the development of a national-level Integrated Vulnerability Assessment (IVA) database, the program seeks to help inform the development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of the Solomon Islands’ NAP process.

Our program supported:

  • the scoping and establishing the Solomon Islands IVA Database,
  • training and piloting community-level IVA data collection using tablets and participatory workshops.
