OUR PROGRAM
The NAP Global Network’s support for Rwanda’s NAP process started in March 2022 with the aim of assisting the Ministry of Environment in the operationalization of its monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework for adaptation.
The multiple programs of work (Phase 1: 2022; Phase 2: 2023–2024; Phase 3: 2025) helped to advance Rwanda’s NAP process by testing the adaptation component of the MEL framework for Rwanda’s updated NDC by monitoring progress on expected outputs and outcomes in various sectors, including agriculture, transport, human settlements, water resources, and mining.
